Hey – I’m glad you’re here! My name is Janna and I’m a freelance web and graphic designer with almost 10 years of experience. I’ve worked with people from all over the globe including companies like Shopify and The National Breast Cancer Foundation.
I have a background in both design & marketing, and bring a practical mix of both to each project. Let’s get to know each other.
So how does this work?

Inquiry
The first step is to make sure we’d be a good fit for each other. Before we hop on a call, I’ll ask for more details about your business, budget, and timelines to make sure we are aligned on expectations!

Prior project
Once I’ve got the green light to go ahead, a proposal and contract will be signed and a 50% deposit is required to secure your spot in my schedule. At this stage, I’ll also need you to fill out a detailed questionnaire so we can formulate a design strategy specific to you.

Creative kickoff
This is where you can sit back and relax! I begin the creative work at this stage (this is where everything starts to come together). I will be sending through your design proof for your first round of revisions.

Website build
Once the design has been approved, we’ll move onto bringing it to life! Once the development is complete, we’ll go through your website with a fine-tooth comb before launch day.

Finishing touches
Once all changes have been implemented and approved, I will be sending through the final invoice. When final payment is made, all design assets and source files will be released and sent to you.

After project
Congrats! Your website is now done. I’ll be providing you with support with any questions you may have once the project is completed.
